Standard Delivery - $5.99

Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days, Monday thru Friday, not including holidays, following credit card approval and verification. Standard delivery is available to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, Rural Routes, U.S. Territories and Canada.

Express Shipping - $25.00

Any purchase by 11:59pm ET will generally ship the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification and should arrive the next business day after the ship date. Express shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, rural and remote locations may take an additional 2 to 3 business days. Express shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.

We consider the most efficient shipping process for your order. The carrier that may be used are U. S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx.

International

We currently do not ship internationally.

Returns

These return policies apply to U.S. Purchases only (click here to download and print returns exchange form and return with receipt and product) .

Defective merchandise purchased through deepseaapparel.com may be returned within 14 days with or without a receipt. Unwashed or unworn merchandise, not defective (to be determined by Deep Sea) can be returned within 14 days with original receipt.

Refunds will be issued by the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange within 30 days of purchase date. Merchandise more than 30 days old from original purchase date will be eligible for merchandise exchange or a credit for price paid.

If we inadvertently sent the wrong product or if the item sent was defective, once the product is received by Deep Sea, we will refund you shipping price, otherwise the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
